About the Houses

The four Trinity Pines guesthouses and the log cabin lodge house are a treat to tour! Each house includes a signature theme and includes all the amenities of home. The track surrounding the 3-acre lake is great for a relaxing walk or an invigorating jog, the quiet spaces provide time to think and reflect, the trees provide shade and comfort, the log lodge provides a large meeting space, the legendary Shed Cafe is available for meals, the air is clean, the water is spring fed, the setting is perfect for relating, relaxing, rejuvenating.

Derby House

…And they’re off to the races. Step into this triple crown abode complete with authentic mint julep glasses and riding boots from the Kentucky Derby and experience a 110+ year-old home modernized to suit all your relaxation needs. The Derby House was built around 1900 and used to house the farm hands of the property. Up to 12 persons would share this type of dwelling which explains why the master bedroom is so large and the kitchen has such an oblong shape to it. And just in case you aren’t a horse fan, no worries! You can enjoy the charming décor of the bedroom called “The Bird Room” thus named for its charming bird motif, complete with a birdbath made into a side table! Really!

Flag House

Three cheers for the red, white and blue….flag house. You’ll definitely feel patriotic in this American flag-themed home with décor that includes antique tin and old weathered wood post paneling. But, we’re from Texas and proud of it, so this house also showcases an authentic antique Texas map to admire. You will also enjoy plush seating, a dinner table that seats six, an upstairs loft view, a canopy bed made of tree branches …and those are just a few of the treasures.
